Send us the filter, not the truck.
If your customer’s DPF is blocked, the dealer will sell them a $4–5k+ replacement. We clean it for roughly $450 to $750 + GST.
Four steps. Front to back.
You take it off
Remove the DPF (or whole muffler box if it’s sealed). Test the oxygen sensor first.
You ship it
Log the job on our booking form and send by courier. Your regular freight provider is fine.
We clean it
Pre-soak, ultrasonic, rinse, dry, retest. 2 days standard.
You refit
Filter back, vehicle on the road. Your invoice carries the before and after proof.
A short, useful version.
Things workshops ask us
Do you invoice me or my customer?
Whichever you prefer. Most workshops invoice us, then mark it up to their customer with their refit labour.
What if it can’t be cleaned?
Hasn’t happened yet. Some take longer than others. We’ll keep you in the loop if a job is taking longer than the standard turnaround.
What if I’ve never sent one before?
Call us first. We’ll talk through it. The booking form has the basics covered – vehicle, filter type, condition.
Volume discount?
Talk to us. Workshops sending us regular work get a different conversation than first-timers.
Can you remove and refit the filters from the muffler?
Yes. Labour is $120/hr, and we need some advance warning if you want us to do it.
First time sending a filter?
- Use the booking form. It captures vehicle make and model, filter type, and condition.
- Ship the filter only if you can. Volvo and some bus units don’t dismantle – send the whole box.
- Address it correctly. Andy's DPF Cleaners, 15 Alach Street, Greerton, Tauranga 3112. Include your phone number on the consignment note.
Ready to send your first filter?
Use the booking form to log the job. We’ll come back to you within a working day with confirmed pricing and turnaround.
